Terms of engagement

These terms cover your use of this website and any planning session you book with Focus Vertexway Financial Planning. The office is at Tambon Ban Phru, Amphoe Tak Bai, Narathiwat 96110. By using the site or by confirming a session in writing, you accept these terms.

The practice

The official registered business name is Focus Vertexway Financial Planning, established in 2016. We prepare written household plans for major life milestones: weddings, houses, school and university costs, retirement, and family provision. A session is a series of meetings and a document. It is a planning engagement between you and the practice.

Insurance, investment funds, and gold are purchased from the people who sell them. Wills, land transfers, and court papers are drafted by a lawyer you choose. Tax filings are prepared by whoever you appoint for that work. Our pages describe the planning session. The fee schedule on this site is information for an enquiry. Paying a deposit, after we have confirmed scope and fee in writing, creates the engagement.

Using the website

You may read the pages, send an enquiry, and share a link to a journal note for personal use. You agree to send accurate contact details and to describe your milestone honestly enough for us to know whether we can help. You must be able to enter an agreement for the household you are writing about, or be clearly acting with the agreement of the adults involved.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, the session you have in mind, a preferred meeting place, an optional date, and a message. Please keep identity numbers, full bank details, and passwords out of that message. Bring sensitive papers to the sitting, or hand them over when we have agreed the engagement.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and photographs on this website belong to Focus Vertexway Financial Planning unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy the site into another commercial page or present our journal notes as your own advice.

When a written plan is handed over and the fee is paid, you own that plan for your household’s use. You may show it to a spouse, a lawyer, or a relative who needs to see it. You may not sell it or publish it as a template. We keep a copy in the office file so we can answer a later question about what was agreed. Your income figures and family papers remain yours.

Fees and appointments

Fees are described on the fees page and confirmed in a written note before we read documents for a draft. A deposit opens the file. The introductory conversation is a separate, smaller fee. Bank transfer is how the office is paid. Missing a sitting, cancelling, or asking for a refund is handled under the refund notice, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

A plan is built from the papers and the accounts you give us. If a figure was missing or later changes — a school invoice, a builder’s quote, a pension estimate — the calendar needs a revision, and a small correction inside a month of handover is included in the milestone session. We are not liable for a decision you take against the written plan, for a market price that moves after handover, or for the work of a lawyer, a lender, a school, or a builder.

Nothing on this website is a promise that a particular saving will appear, that a relative will keep a pledge, or that a government office will issue a paper by a certain week. Our responsibility is to do the sitting with care, to name gaps, and to hand you the document we agreed. To the extent the law of Thailand allows a limit, liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fee you paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the Thai courts. We would rather resolve a disagreement in writing first: write to info@focus-vertexway.click and describe the session, the date, and what you believe should change.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. A session already confirmed in writing keeps the terms that were in place on the day you paid the deposit, unless we both agree a change.
