Planning fees are paid by bank transfer to the office account after we confirm the engagement in writing. The schedule below is the starting point. Travel, extra earners, and a second milestone move the quote, and you hear the revised figure before work begins.

What moves a quote
The starting fee assumes one household, one milestone, and papers you can bring to Tambon Ban Phru. The quote rises, and is rewritten before you agree, when more than two people earn, when land stands in more than one name, when plot or stall income has to be reconstructed from a messy year, or when a sibling must travel in for the second meeting.
A home visit inside Amphoe Tak Bai is included in the sessions that offer it. Travel beyond the amphoe is a separate amount, named before the visit is booked. We do not add it afterwards.
How the money is paid
A deposit of 40 percent opens the file on every session except the introductory conversation, which is paid in full when it is booked. The remainder is due when the written page is handed over. The household money review is the exception on timing: half reserves the two meetings, and the rest is paid at handover. Payment is a bank transfer. The website shows this schedule so you can enquire with a clear range in mind.
If you cancel, pause, or ask for money back, the conditions are on the refund notice. Read them before you pay the deposit. A session already started is treated differently from a date that has not yet arrived.
Ask for a quote for your milestone and name the session, the amphoe you live in, and whether land papers are involved.
