Cancellations, deposits, and refunds
This notice covers money paid to Focus Vertexway Financial Planning for an introductory conversation or a planning session. It applies to appointments at Tambon Ban Phru, Amphoe Tak Bai, Narathiwat 96110 and to home visits we have agreed inside the district. Write refund requests to info@focus-vertexway.click or call 073583651.
What you can ask to be returned
You may ask for a refund of a fee or a deposit you have paid for a session that has not been delivered as agreed. Eligibility depends on how far the work has gone, not on a change of heart after you have already received the written plan.
Timeframe
Send the request within 14 days of the payment you want returned, or within 14 days of the sitting that did not happen. Requests about a finished plan must arrive within 14 days of handover if the document differs from the one described in the engagement note. We confirm in writing whether the request qualifies and, if it does, whether the refund is full or partial.
Full refund
The introductory conversation fee of 1,500 THB is returned in full if you cancel at least 48 hours before the sitting. A session deposit is returned in full if you cancel in writing before we have started reading your documents. If we cancel a sitting and cannot offer another date within 20 days, the deposit already paid for that sitting is returned in full.
Partial refund
Once we have started reading documents or have held the first working meeting of a booked session, the deposit is kept and any amount you paid above the deposit, for meetings that have not yet happened, is returned. If a milestone session ends early by mutual agreement after the draft meeting but before handover, you receive the unpaid balance back and you do not receive the deposit back. The introductory fee is kept if the conversation has already taken place, including when you later decide not to book a longer session. Credit of that fee toward a session, when you book within 30 days, is a credit, not a second refund.
Non-refundable
A written plan that has been handed over is non-refundable. The introductory conversation, once held, is non-refundable. A no-show without notice is treated as a sitting that happened for the purpose of the introductory fee, and as a missed meeting for a longer session: the deposit stays with the office, and any remaining meetings can be rebooked once if you write within seven days. A travel amount already spent to reach a home outside the usual area is non-refundable once we have travelled. A district-office or copying fee we paid on your behalf, with your agreement, is non-refundable because it has already left the office.
How to ask, and how it is paid
Email info@focus-vertexway.click with your name, the session, the date of payment, and whether you want a cancellation, a reschedule, or a refund. We reply within five working days with a yes, a partial figure, or a reason tied to the sections above. Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer to the account that paid us. Please allow 14 working days after we approve the request for the transfer to be made. We do not refund in cash at the door.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a meeting once, with at least two working days’ notice, at no extra fee. A second reschedule, or a change with less notice, is treated as a cancellation of that meeting under the partial-refund rules. We may reschedule when a planner is ill. In that case we offer the next open appointment and we do not treat your deposit as forfeited.
Deposits, work already started, and no-shows
The deposit is 40 percent of the agreed session fee, except the household money review, where half the fee reserves the two meetings, and except the introductory conversation, which is paid in full. Work has started when we open your papers to prepare a draft, not when we merely reply to an enquiry. A no-show is a meeting you miss without writing beforehand. Illness on the day, told to us by telephone before the appointment hour, is treated as a reschedule rather than a no-show.
Copying fees and other people’s bills
If we pay a district-office or copying fee for you, with your written agreement, that amount stays spent. Fees you pay a builder, a school, a bank, or a lawyer are their fees. This notice returns only money paid to Focus Vertexway Financial Planning.
