Privacy notice

Focus Vertexway Financial Planning is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through planning sessions. The office address is Tambon Ban Phru, Amphoe Tak Bai, Narathiwat 96110. Privacy requests go to info@focus-vertexway.click or by telephone on 073583651.

What we collect

From the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the session you select, where you would like to meet, an optional preferred date, and the message you write. If you telephone, we note the number you called from and the substance of what you ask us to remember.

If you become a client, the file also holds the household papers you choose to give us: income notes, invoices, pension letters, and descriptions of property or gold. We ask you to leave national identity numbers and full bank account numbers out of the website form. Those belong in the office file only when a session requires them, and only for as long as the engagement needs them.

The site stores a preference about the cookie notice, described on the cookie notice. Server logs of a normal visit may include a browser address and the page requested. We use those logs to keep the site available, and we do not build a profile of reading habits from them.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply, to suggest a session, and to prepare for a sitting. We use the planning file to write the document you asked for, to collect the agreed fee, and to answer a later question about that document. The lawful basis is your request for a reply, and, once you book, the engagement itself. Where a conversation is optional, we rely on your consent and you may withdraw it.

We do not sell personal information. We do not send it to advertisers. A lawyer, a spouse, or a relative sees your papers only if you ask us to share them or if you bring that person into the meeting.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages that never become a session are kept for 24 months, then deleted or reduced to a count with the name removed. Planning files are kept for seven years after the written plan is handed over, because a household often returns to the same calendar and because Thai record-keeping for a paid professional engagement makes a shorter life impractical. Cookie preferences last up to six months for the preference cookie, or until you clear site data for the browser storage described in the cookie notice.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand, you may ask what we hold, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where the law allows it, object to a use that is not required for the engagement, and withdraw consent you previously gave. Send the request from the email you used with us, or come to the office with identification.

We will answer within 30 days. If a record must be kept for the seven-year file, we will tell you what stays and why. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand if you believe a request was handled poorly.

Where the information sits

Planning files are kept at the Ban Phru office. Enquiry email is read by Naree Sama-ae and Farid Waemah. If an email service carries a message through a server outside Thailand, that transit is limited to delivering the correspondence. We do not move the planning file abroad, and we do not authorise a foreign company to use your household figures for its own purpose. Typefaces on the public pages are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads. That request is described in the cookie notice. It is separate from the planning file.

Children

Sessions are booked by adults. A parent may include a son or daughter’s school costs in a plan. We do not ask a minor to send an enquiry or to sit alone as the client.
