The sitting the office is built around
Milestone Planning Session
When a date is already fixed — a nikah, a builder's start, a final month of salary — the household needs a written order for the cash. Good intentions crowd the same drawer and then miss the payment that actually has a deadline.
Who it is for
Households in Amphoe Tak Bai, and elsewhere in Narathiwat, who can name one major change inside the next eighteen months.
What you leave with
You leave with a written plan: the cash required, the order of payments, the money that stays untouched, and the person responsible for each transfer.
Three meetings. The first and the last are at the Ban Phru office. The middle meeting can be a home visit inside Amphoe Tak Bai.
Included
- An introductory conversation that names the milestone and the people involved
- A reading of income notes, debts, school or builder invoices, pension letters, and the gold or land papers you choose to bring
- A second meeting to walk through the draft aloud
- A written plan with a 12-month money calendar
- One short follow-up letter in the month after handover if a figure on the calendar needs a correction
Outside this sitting
- Sale of insurance, funds, or gold
- Tax returns and filings with the revenue office
- Drafting of wills or land-transfer papers, which remain a lawyer's work
- Monthly bookkeeping after the plan is handed over
- A second milestone inside the same fee
How the time unfolds
-
01
Name the change
Forty-five minutes at the office. We listen for the date, the relatives already promised money, and the payment that cannot slip.
-
02
Papers on the table
You bring what you have. We list the gaps in writing instead of filling them with guesses. Missing land papers or a pension estimate can add days; we say so before the draft starts.
-
03
The draft, read aloud
At the second meeting we read the order of payments. If a line does not match how the household actually eats, gives, or travels, we change the line.
-
04
Handover
You leave with the written plan and the 12-month calendar. The office keeps a copy in your file. The balance of the fee is due that day.
What to bring
Bring income notes for the past year, loan papers, school or builder invoices, pension or savings books, and any gold or land documents you are willing to discuss. A partial set is enough to begin. We will name what is still missing.
Limits we keep
One milestone per engagement. If you live outside Narathiwat, later meetings can continue by letter only after the first meeting has happened in person. We do not open the draft until the fee and the scope are confirmed in writing.
The fee
A fixed planning fee, confirmed in writing before any documents are read. The introductory conversation is 1,500 THB for 45 minutes and is credited toward this fee if you engage the full session within 30 days. A deposit of 40 percent opens the file. The remainder is due when the written plan is handed over.
The full fee schedule explains deposits and what changes a quote.
